The first release of the Kotlin version of FullyNoded (npub1yu0…g2wv) will be a utxo based wallet. lists utxos, forces user to select which utxo they want to spend. Doesn’t sign it, just builds psbt and exports to offline signers, import completed psbt for broadcast.
