Personally, the browsers I use are DuckDuckGo, Ghostery, and lately Vivaldi. Used to be Firefox, but recent decisions by Mozilla aren't in users' interests.
Google search was awesome when it started, but with Google having surrendered to surveillance capitalism, it's verging on useless now.
Regarding the NHS, I use the System One portal where possible, the NHS app has got too nosey in its latest versions.
What none of these people seem to grasp is, that if something can potentially be abused, it WILL be abused.
