This is an interesting idea with a lot of potential! Since the community is growing incredibly fast right now and I can't keep up with tipping every user individually, funding user-created promotions makes a lot of sense. While I think 1000 USD is a bit much without a proven track record, I would be open to funding a few smaller campaigns for say 100 USD each to see what works best and what doesn't. If anyone feels like trying this out feel free to launch a campaign and i'll try funding the top 5 that look the most promising based on user contributions!
