I've had very bad snoring to the point of sounding like I'm choking in my sleep for a very long time, plus all the times I've just stopped breathing in my sleep and wake up gasping for air. I've gone through the whole sleep study -> breathing machine dance a couple times but each time I'd not stick to wearing the breathing mask and then the insurance company would take it back.
