When I used coinos with my zap stream backend I noticed that their relay had issues every so often, when their relay had glitches my backend wouldn't be able to get sats. I changed to rizful and the problems stopped. I would try another wallet to see if it's coinos or not.

I don't know much about tor or how to set it up but I use rizful and haven't had issues zapping others.
