To go back and answer your prior question now that I understand who “they” are writing the UBI checks. I don’t think the State cares if they are paying in USD or Bitcoin…it would be of no consequence. Especially as the ideology of Society changes and it is definitely changing.
UBI can be paid by the State or third party non profit, as of right now I am indifferent to whom.
I think it would work much like social security or any other governing contract, as far as the dynamics of distribution.
