I have to wonder, after switching to keto or carnivore (I switched in 2015) has anyone else had their Testosterone levels increase?
Dr Bro ran my bloodwork for my yearly checkup. My labs came back and my testosterone level is 1010 ng/dl. Dr Bro (50s) said he's in the 780s & told me not to worry for now unless I'm having issues (I feel fantastic). He'll rerun the tests in the afternoon in 6 months, he said T levels are highest in the morning when they did my blood draw. Last year was 907, the draw was in the afternoon.
He said if it goes up again investigation may be warranted. High T isn't a problem I ever thought I'd have. I've never done roids, no TRT, and no vaxx except the shit they gave me as a kid.
I don't know what's causing it? I eat clean, beef/pork/chiggun/fish and veg, stay TF away from sugar, don't smoke, and alcohol is major holiday rare. Worst thing I drink is black coffee, no pop or energy drinks. Work out 3x a week.
Fugg it, gonna lean into it and tell people I'm an Aryan mutant.
