So, a few years ago, one of my nieces bought me a calligraphy kit (I used to do it a long time ago). When contemplating how to keep in touch with friends and family post-social media, a friend suggested I start writing letters again. I like that...! Also, I do write personal notes in my holiday cards, so I suppose that counts.
On a related note, this workshop shows I'm not the only one who wants to revive the nearly lost art of #LetterWriting (sorry folks in #Denmark ).

Event Details
"Join your neighbors for a monthly letter-writing meet-up inspired by the epistolary novel The Correspondent by Virginia Evans. Each meet-up will include a highlighted theme, a bit of gentle encouragement, and plenty of fun. Basic supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own favorite pen, stationery, stamps, or whatever else would make your letters feel more personal. Space is limited, so registration is required for this series."
