Day two feel incredibly good it’s crazy. I’ve realized that I’ve barely picked up my phone because all I would pick up my phone for was social media and I’m realizing that all the times that I thought that people were always texting me or always calling me. I always needed to have my phone was just because of the time I was spending on social media, which will drain out my time and I’d realize that. Hours had gone by just doom scrolling, but feeling strong feel like I dont wanna download Instagram or any of it
