I think your phrasing is a little bit dubious.

Mainly because if you’re saying “matter more”

And then the Supreme Court can essentially overrule any decision that Congress makes then you’re essentially saying that the only branch of government that actually matters is judiciary.

Which I’m not sure is your intent.
