Looking back at this week of working without ADHD meds, I legitimately did a solid A+ at work as far as staying on task and completing work.
I don't know if this is because of the abject panic of needing to meet a deadline, or if it was self directed, or both.
I need to see how I do in a week where I don't have deadlines and see how that goes before I can say whether I have a shot at making this work without meds
