MOZ_WIDGET_QT doesn't really represent what it's for. But if you mean, how easy to get rid of the conditional code; I'm not sure, but probably harder (because a lot, but not all, is aligned with the MOZ_WDIGET_GTK conditioned code). It'd definitely be a good idea for someone to thoroughly check though.
