Regarding the first paragraph, believing something based on feeling is distinct rrom believing something *about* feelings, the latter is a factual assessment like any other

Regarding the second and third paragraphs, absolutely not, feelings are intrinsically irrational (partially instinctive, partially culturally induced), so they cannor be part of any sound epistemology

Are feelings semi-frequently incidentally correct? Possibly, but that would be nothing more than a coincidence, there is nothing intrinsic to feelings that leads them to being correct
