I'm not so sure now.
After the over reaction from USA neighbors Mexico and Canada, nearshoring all US assets may be exactly what needs to be done to reset all negotiations.
US allies don't appreciate what they refuse to acknowledge.
That the USA , with all it's flaws, remains the last best hope for #Democracy.
Always has.
