I'm not sure that I understand the realistic difference between this and what's described by Privacy Guides (npub1dm2…7754). It seems that the end result is an implementation of DoH that can only be used with Google or Cloudflare servers. If that's not the case, then I've been misinformed and I just don't know how to properly configure the private DNS feature to use DoH.
