No idea, I just haven't seen it work, although many have tried building such "communities". I think the most one can hope and plan for is their own family. Anyone else joining is great, but not something you can count on. Of course if it does get some momentum, more will definitely join. But before that it's hard to plan and count on anyone. It's easy to throw some money into such a thing, because it sounds so awesome, but much harder to stay focused long term, live there, and dedicate energy, which is what is actually more important than the initial purchase. Priorities change a lot for everybody.
