20 years ago... we announced the first commercial project built with MusicBrainz data!
What a rush it must have been to get confirmation that the MetaBrainz model can work commercially - that you can license public domain data, to everyone's benefit!
Sadly Música Linkara has been taken by the tides of time, but since 2006 we have had countless commercial supporters of MusicBrainz data, allowing our (now much bigger) server pool to keep serving CC0 data to the world.
