I hereby declare myself the official nostr correspondent for the Illinois state fair. A title nobody asked for and that I’m not qualified to hold! Nevertheless, I’ll try to take some pics and document all the goings ons. The free Gin Blossoms concert on night one was great! I’m going to see Keith Urban tonight, despite not knowing a single song of his. But I’m sure I’ll have fun anyways. Food wise, I’ve had the tried and true pork chop on a stick from the pork pavilion (excellent) and some brisket Mac and cheese (pretty good).
