one of my favorite challenge formats was how many reps could i sustain for 60 sets, each set on the minute every minute for an hour.
I would do it with my soldiers when I was a commander. pushups is easy, pull-ups more challenging with the group, but everyone has a number, it’s fun to find it, and it’s easy to program progression once u have baseline.
the numbers u can hit will 🤯 over time.
