Not saying you need to make a Real Time Blackhole List of AI bots and/or other problem accounts or instances...
It just seems like there ought to be things like that. Like the SMTP black holes or the Ad Blocking lists.
Or at least mechanisms for instances to contribute any block an admin makes to a repo that others can benefit from...
