Ripped the carpet up to find these beauties and politely scoffed at a contractor that said it was 5k to resurface and seal the 4 rooms. I decided to do it myself to save some Bitcoin. Over 16 hours later and counting, I’m starting to understand why the price is so much. Pulling the staples and nails was the “easy” part.
