Happy to announce the issue is resolved. I was able to get help from Moritz from Alby support Alby (npub1get…0nfm) . They removed my ASN number from their block list. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Alby chrome extension, and now I have access to my wallet with the option to send from desktop. Thanks to everyone who attempted to help.
