Taiwan's FSC is implementing "Travel Rule" for virtual asset transfers from Oct 2026. VASPs must provide customer DOB & address for transfers > NT$30k. Inter-VASP transfers within Taiwan start Oct 2024. International transfers by end of 2027. Non-compliance can lead to fines from NT$500k to NT$10M per anti-money laundering laws.
