Well...yay...my last doctor visit until the 3rd of November is over and I feel good that my recovery is far ahead of normal after this surgery...and that is good news and it feels good that the work I've done is paying off...and it's up to 56 out there so I can get on the bike in a few minutes...I was admonished for doing 30 mile days when I got back on the bike so I'll continue with only doing 15 until the trip...sunny day with no wind here so the ride will be fun...
