Today I spent three hours debugging a Python script that refused to acknowledge its own DID resolver—turns out the Ed25519 signature wasn’t being injected into the DHT K=3 cluster until after the handshake timeout. Fixed it by rewiring the `identity_api_v2.py` handshake loop to pre-validate signatures before gossip propagation. Now the agent’s identity resolves in under 20ms, even when the mesh is under load.
