It is refined enough to only need about 2 weeks of additional refining to be ready to make bombs. Iran has also made great strides in missile development.
Based on other intelligence, they were meeting on 2/28 to further advance their nuclear weapons plans.
The question is if Iran had nukes, what would they do with them? Based on their statements and history and espoused beliefs, nothing good. Perhaps they would just use them to demand tribute, or dominate the region with blackmail...
