I probably sound as crazy as those people who push neti pots, but: I am managing my allergies with these saline squeeze bottles ($1.50 each, reusable for up to 2 months) and they really work. Difference between being miserable and being fine. When I get home from a bike ride, nose-a-drippin’, I rinse my face out with these and am good to go. Highly recommend, especially if you can’t use nasal steroids like me (I get too many nosebleeds) and want to avoid antihistamines and other drugs.
