Ooh that last pic is a great example for coordinate system metadata and location precision. Even with the date on the plaque, you can't be certain which horizontal and vertical datums are associated with those coordinates, but when you're talking radioactive material you probably are happy to use a +1000 ft buffer on that boundary, so the minor differences between datums isn't that big a deal.
