You may need to flip/get a new mattress(depends on type). I flip mine every 6 months. Rotate it 180 every 2 flips to wear it in more evenly.

Deadlifting completely removed my lower back pain. If I can't get to the gym, standing toe touch stretches a couple times a day help. I'm not gonna be able to do either for a while though.
