#RNZ #MatineeIdle is coming to an end. This was the push I needed to do a little side project I've been thinking of for a while. I'm currently scraping the full data set of every song ever played on Matinee idle into a database.
I'll then create one massive spotify playlist to share, and also do a little data analysis on the data set to answer some important questions - who is the most played artist? What is the most covered song? What decade was the most popular?
What else should I do with this data set? What other questions do you have? #NZ
