I've been hearing rumors that El Salvador will be planning on becoming an English speaking nation since they aspire to be the Singapore of Central America and Singapore Prime Minister, Lee Kuan Yew, didn't push English out of cultural preference, he did it purely for survival, speed, and economic power.
but the plan is not going to be out in the open because El Salvadorons will get upset about it.
