We left the house at 5 am.
Ran into some road construction between here and San Francisco but still arrived at the VA hospital early.
My husband's surgery was successful and he was feeling comfortable enough to head back home post haste.
We got back in record time.
Tired but today went as perfectly as we could have hoped.
Going to unwind and make it an early night tonight.
Our flowers are blooming and a welcome sight coming up the driveway.
