I have a favor to ask, and I really feel horrible having to ask this again.
Yesterday I paid the Mastodon server bill that's $59 + $20 for the dedicated server equipment we are on, so now there is no money for my medication refill and my medication. The doctor visit is $50 + $20 something for the meds, which basically equals the $79 for this

Can someone(s) help cover this month's Mastodon server bill, so that I can get my meds? I only have 3 days left and then I'm out with no money to get more, and I've never gone a day without it in 11 years. That's all I need. Just this month's Mastodon server bill covered.
