Yea maintenance, insurance, gas, tickets aren't paid for by company unfortunately.
However, gas and tickets I'd still be on the hook for in a rental. And one weekend a month renting is ~what I'd pay for the car payment with this benefit.
Ordering food and groceries everything costs like $3-4 more when getting it delivered too. So there's some offset if I can just do my own shopping in a car I have.
I live in the mountains so it would be nice and easy to go for some wonderful hikes, which I miss a lot.
Idk about Canada 🤣
