Uh no, it is not. Gender is a good deal more complex. So is biological sex. For instance did you know as 1% of births have non-obvious genitalia and or sex-chromosome markers? Biological "sex" is much more complex than most have reason to know. Gender identity much more so. Only the determinedly blind or those ignorant of the facts claim that no one is born or exist with their gender cross-wired to what they were assigned at birth.
