It's not "greed" to try and improve one's goods and services or lower their prices to attain more wealth.
"Greed" is using means other than persuasion and economic competition to extract more wealth from people than they otherwise would've given freely.
You know, like taxes, government-guaranteed monopolies, and licensing requirements, all enforced by threats of violence.
