Too good to be true. My guess on what may happen here: 2fiat.com uses Sunrate as a BIN sponsor and sells Corporate Cards (B2B) to retailers (B2C), bypassing KYC requirements. In a flash ig Mastercard audit them, SHTF, 2fiat disappears, Sunrate gets a huge fine and is banned from payment networks, and the retailers (you, us, them) lose their money. Be cautious and do your research.
