I tried to lend my friend my old iPhone to take on a trip, so he could have two phones on his apple account. So he could buy a local sim to use while he was overseas.
Between log in problems and verification problems. We just gave up on the idea. We got to a thing where we had to wait one hour to add the phone to the account, and it did not work and we had to wait another hour.
He said that it just got too hard.
