What do people think about Athena Swan? I'm only beginning to look at it.
Obviously inclusion, diversity and equality are good things, but sometimes these days the words can hide other agendas and issues (e.g. the word "feminist" in "T£RF").
Basically I'd be interested to hear others thoughts as I go in.
