I think that if I still truly relied on Google for anything massive, I may put more thought into it. But given my use now, while it is one of my older accounts (2008!) I don't think it's worthwhile. In the event of an emergency in which I lose access to 1Password itself, I have a recovery option in the form of my family members. And if that fails for some reason, my Google account will be the least of my worries. 😆
Should also mention that I'm running GrapheneOS, and so the actual benefits of Advanced Protection are somewhat limited to me. I only did it because Google themselves recommended it for me.
