I broke the bubble today and went and met old ParkRun friends for their post-run coffee.
This involved nasal spray, masking until I was at the table, and a portable air purifier on the table.
There is no “no risk” - but there remains a bunch of things that aren’t too hard to do, that can help reduce it.
