Do you remember much of the Bicentennial, The Felon Pope :popephil: (npub1lh4…v34t)? Kat (npub1dyj…awxr)’s right, it was a great time to be a teen. So many parades and events. Companies selling clothes from different eras—Revolutionary, pioneer, gold rush, flappers, dough boys, minute men, Southern belles, riverboat dandies, as well as representing the ethnic groups that came here. Time capsules, concerts and service projects. Mutton chop sideburns & handlebar mustache growing contests. Picnics, cakewalks. It was wonderful.
