Making brown butter in bulk lately. Much easier to have it all ready to go and weigh it out.
Using around 9 sticks of grass-fed butter here. Boil at medium to low heat for around 15 min. Wait for the butter to melt and then boil. Key here is to not let the milk solids burn as this is where the flavoring comes from when baking with the butter.
Cut it up, store it in a container and good to go.
