so new(ish) job has been going okay, but i am losing my mind about working for this company. how does anyone figure out what they actually want to do? like i'm pretty confident i don't want to be doing network engineering, but also i don't think that's what i'm actually doing at this job.

sometimes i think i would be happy doing project management, but it's been hard to tell when i get sucked into it and then also have to do semi/technical work alongside project managing and that sucks and is overwhelming.

I saw a job listing for a "technologist" which i've always thought of as a fake thing, but also seems like a thing that i could do pretty well? idk
