I just arrived in Tetaf.
A small village in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
About 4-5 hours from Kupang by road.
The journey started at 2am.
A flight through the night.
Landing at dawn.
Then straight into the car for hours more.
No rest. No hotel stop.
Just the road, and what's waiting at the end of it.
One government health center.
Dozens of villages under its care.
A doctor, not always present.
People here get sick like everywhere else.
But getting treatment means hours of travel.
And money many of them simply don't have.
Even when the health center is free,
the road to reach it is not.
I was tired when I arrived.
But patients were already waiting.
So we started.
This is what I dream of doing more of.
Not instead of my daily practice,
but alongside it.
Because without income, this kind of service cannot survive either.
I'm grateful for every patient I see back home, every homecare visit, every day of work that makes this possible.
And I'm grateful for donors who help carry this mission forward.
Some of you know I write about Bitcoin here.
About sound money. About freedom. About building something stable.
Standing here today, I understand more clearly than ever why financial freedom matters.
Not to be rich.
But to be free enough to be here.
Without worrying about the cost.
That's the whole point. 🟠
