Good for bosses
This book is for people in corporate positions of power who are aware of systemic racism and want to be allies. It is not really meant to persuade anyone.
I appreciate that, unlike many books, this provides a number of specific actions to take. Terms to avoid in job descriptions. Considerations in job interviews, and so on.
