Heh, no problem. The main value of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is wrapped up in all those certification programs. Red Hat participates in vendor certification programs for RHEL to run on, and software vendors also have certifications with RHEL (sometimes in both directions!). Managing the requirements of these certifications is what they do for a RHEL user.
Most people don't need to worry about them, so CentOS Stream is more than fine.
