Went on a double date last night with my grrl, friend brought his.
His chick wanted to argue with me the whole time- feminism, pay gap, homosex, she got BTFO. My grrl was in full lolz during. When the grrlz went to the restroom, friend told me something strange.
F-"IDK why she argues, she knows it won't change your mind"
Me-I think she just likes a challenge
F-"No shit. We never argue like that."
Me-Don't you challenge her on her shit?
F-"Nah. I'm worried she'll start having nightmares about me."
Me- Huh? TF are you talking about?
F-"She has nightmares about you, violent nightmares."
Me-Seriously? I've never so much as called her a name.
F-"Yep, she dreams your strangling her and uh, worse."
Me-Wait, WTF is worse than someone strangling you to death?
F-"Uh (leans in, whispers), r-a-p-e (looks around)."
Me-Wait, she told you this?
F-"Yeah, but hey, I got some out of it the other night"
Me-How TF did that happen?
F-"She woke up and said she had a bad dream about you"
Me-Okay. How did that lead to...
F-"Well, she wanted me to hold her and then things just..."
Me-So, you're saying a nightmare got her, uh, in the mood?
F-"I guess?"
Me-A nightmare about (whispering) strangle r-a-p-e?
F-"OK, yeah, it's kind of weird."
The grrlz came back, they were acting different. Suddenly his grrl didn't want to argue anymore and mine was dead quiet.
Pretty sure his chick wants him to put her in her place, but he doesn't see it. He has the same ideas/values as I do, but he's afraid she'll leave if he voices anything to contradict her. I told him he needs to call her on her shit, she either leaves or stays.
