Right-wing liberals are alienist. They don’t support inalienable rights, which are rights that can’t be given up or transferred, even with consent.

Markets are about trading alienable or property rights. Those tend to accumulate and concentrate, so aren’t what satisfy liberalism’s belief in equality. Markets are useful tools, but they don’t solve every problem. Inalienable rights, on the other hand, don’t accumulate because they aren’t tradable.
