I’ve slowly created a home gym in my garage over the years (dumbbells, bench, bands, pull up bar, etc.).
I go to the local rec center only on the weekend and during off hours.
I run on a trail near my home in the early evening when there’s hardly anyone on it.
I bought and have regularly used a stationary bike since 2017.
I go for long walks when I know the least amount of people will also be walking.
The struggle is real, but doable.
